Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and restraint joint charts
Comfortable using hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and welding equipment
Ability to perform construction math, measure accurately, and calculate slopes
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
Ability to climb in and out of trenches or structures

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
You show up on time, prepared, and ready to work every day
You continuously improve your skills and knowledge
You step in to help without being asked
You build a reputation for being safe, dependable, and hardworking
