Minimum 6 months of pipelaying experience.
Hands-on experience installing large-diameter pipe on commercial or public infrastructure projects.
Understanding of trench safety, compaction, and installation best practices.
Ability to read grades and use a grade stick or laser to maintain proper elevations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willing and able to climb in and out of trenches and work 20–30 feet below grade.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must have reliable transportation within the Jacksonville metro area.
Available to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Take pride in craftsmanship — no leaks, no rework.
Lead by example and help your crew work efficiently together.
Are open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
Value professionalism, communication, and safety above all else.
See challenges as opportunities to grow your career.
