End-to-End Project Management
Lead all phases of project delivery — from planning through execution to closeout.
Maintain full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and outcomes.
Team Leadership
Inspire and lead crews to peak performance.
Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture on and off the jobsite.
Financial Focus
Manage project budgets and forecasts with full profit-and-loss responsibility.
Drive profitability by identifying savings and opportunities for success.
Risk Management
Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain smooth project flow.
Ensure delivery that is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent Petticoat-Schmitt with integrity and professionalism.
Build trust with clients, vendors, and partners to strengthen relationships and secure future opportunities.
Skills & Experience
4+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
Proven self-performing civil construction background, with ownership of labor, materials, and financials.
Strong financial acumen with profit/loss management responsibility.
Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog, or similar).
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Forecasting and achieving profitability against estimates.
Ensuring accurate submittals and billing.

Office: Jacksonville, FL (~80% of workweek).
Jobsites: Throughout Northeast Florida (1–2 visits per week recommended).
