We’re seeking a Survey Rod Man to join our Survey team and support critical layout and measurement operations across our projects. Field Support
Assist the Survey Crew Chief with daily operations including materials, equipment, and quality control.
Execute survey work according to plans and directives from the Crew Chief, Superintendent, or Survey Manager.
Coordinate with team members and superintendents for effective resource utilization.
Survey Operations
Support computations, plan/elevation interpretation, and construction layout.
Assist with roadway, utilities, finish grading, and as-built survey work.
Engage with all technical components of survey processes under the direction of the Crew Chief.
Team Collaboration
Communicate regularly and effectively with the Survey Crew Chief.
Contribute as a reliable, professional, and positive member of the crew.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Competent Person training and confined space training preferred.
Good verbal communication skills.
Strong basic math skills.

Must wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility clothing).
Reliable transportation to and from jobsite required.

Hours:
Standard: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
