We’re growing and looking for hardworking, skilled individuals to join our Concrete Structural Walls Crew.

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to support the construction of concrete structural walls, including retaining walls, box culverts, headwalls, and other structural features. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and finishing. We’re hiring for both laborer and finisher levels, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and strip wall forms (Symons, EFCO, or similar systems)

• Tie and place rebar per structural drawings

• Assist with layout, alignment, and measurement

• Pour, screed, and finish concrete for vertical applications

• Operate vibrators and hand tools to ensure proper compaction and finish

• Support crane and rigging operations as needed

• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on every pour

• Clean tools, maintain jobsite organization, and assist teammates

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with concrete structural walls or vertical formwork preferred

• Ability to read construction drawings and follow detailed instructions

• Familiarity with concrete tools, forming systems, and safety procedures

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor conditions

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation to and from jobsite

• CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus
